1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) to enter into a service agreement.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer is considered to be the submission of an order and its payment by the Client.
1.3. This agreement does not require a physical signature and is legally binding upon acceptance.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider agrees to create personalized songs, videos, or other creative materials based on the data provided by the Client.
2.2. Services are delivered remotely, based on a completed form and/or communication with the Client.
3. Procedure for Service Delivery
3.1. The Client submits a request via the website or through messaging platforms.
3.2. The service is considered rendered once the final audio/video file is delivered to the Client.
3.3. The service may include 1–2 minor revisions if agreed in advance. Extensive revisions or changes that significantly alter the original brief require an additional fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Service fees are listed on the website

4.3. Payment confirms the Client’s full acceptance of this Offer.
5. Responsibilities
5.1. The Client agrees to provide truthful and lawful information that does not violate third-party intellectual property or personal rights.
5.2. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for subjective interpretations of the creative result.
5.3. Refunds are only possible if the service was not delivered at all. Partial refunds may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Additional Terms
6.1. Materials (text, music, video) created within the scope of the service may be used in the Service Provider’s portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If this proves impossible, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
